Thanks for the wonderful diving last weekend. Unfortunately I was not able to get back to do more dives with you but we just got involved with other things (including viewing properties for sale) and the time flew past - it was nothing to do with me being late back on the Saturday. We shall be back to Tenerife and I shall certainly be coming diving with you again.

Tenerife Scuba About Us

Tenerife Scuba is a family friendly PADI centre founded in 2001 which has gone from strength to strength. Owned and actively run by Mark Stokes, Chris and Sarah Barlow-Smith with some 25+ years diving experience between them. Tenerife Scuba is one of the longest established Dive Centers here in Tenerife run by the same people. Rather than sing our praises we let our customers speak for us and you can be the judge. That said as far as we know we are the only PADI dive centre, to the best of our knowledge, where the owners (Sarah) hold qualifications in the hospitality industry along with 10 years management experience in some of the UK's leading 5 star hotels. Also as far as we are aware we are the only PADI dive centre in Tenerife to have been awarded a PADI Certificate for Recognition for Excellence for outstanding customer service.

Chris originally a UK trained PADI OWSI is now an active PADI Staff Instructor, one of only a handful on Tenerife. Mark grew up around boats and having owned his own RIB in the UK is probably one of the most experienced local boat handlers. Sarah ensures the smooth day to day running of the business and is normally the first point of contact.

Originally the three of us met at Docklands Dive School back in 1998, and between us have dived most places around the world along of course with a lot of UK diving.

What we have endeavored to do is to take all the good things we have seen in other dive centers and incorporate them into how we run Tenerife Scuba. We work on the basis that if it's not good enough for us then it's just not good enough.
